Camille C. Borden has been the President of C.C. Borden Construction, Inc. since its inception in 1988.

Prior to opening her own business, Ms. Borden spent four years working for other firms in order to gain the experience needed to venture out onto her own. She was educated at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida where she earned her Bachelor’s of Building Construction in 1983.

Camille’s responsibilities range from bidding and estimating, to administration, planning and day- to–day operations of the Company.

She has had over 25 years of diversified experience in construction management both in private and public sectors. Her areas of expertise are estimating and project management. She has worked on projects for both the construction of new facilities and the renovation of existing facilities for a variety of projects. Projects managed range from $5,000 to $10,000,000 in contract value.

C. C. Borden Construction, Inc. has been providing quality Competitive Bids / Construction Management services to our clients since 1988. Having worked with the numerous governmental and private agencies I feel confident that we understand the issues involved in providing top-notch Competitive Bids projects and Construction Management projects.

As with all our projects, C. C. Borden administers the daily Construction Management required to provide the guidance and coordination necessary to complete each project successfully. There is always full time Project Manager provided along with all the support personnel required to make our projects run smoothly. Our Superintendents have extensive experience working with numerous government agencies including Jacksonville Port Authority,  Jacksonville Aviation Authority, the City of Jacksonville, Florida Air National Guard, Florida Department of Transportation, Jacksonville Electric Authority, the school districts of Duval, Clay, St Johns, Nassau, many projects for the University of North Florida, Lake City Community College, St. Johns River Community College, University of Florida and Florida State College at Jacksonville and numerous private clients.

Construction Experience That Counts!

Our staff has the ability to analyze the drawings and specifications and identify issues that could cause delays or change orders before they cause problems.  We will provide viable options to insure the project is on time and under budget.

We feel confident that our staff will be able to provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision and quality control required to complete any project. 

Communication with our on-site personnel and the Owner’s Representative is a top priority. We have a state-of –the-art, web-based document management and distribution tool that will provide utilization and delivery reports, enabling C. C. Borden to manage day-to-day production and delivery costs. C. C.  Borden has, on several projects, been able to complete the projects under budget, allowing a credit to be issued to the Owner. We will also provide daily records of all activities and schedule weekly progress meetings with the Owner’s Representative to make certain the project is on track and on budget.
